How it Works

Select your garments, colour, quantities and sizes you require.

Add to basket.

Keep shopping or head to checkout.

Upload/email logo if one is required.

Of course, we are happy to take orders over the phone or via email if you would prefer!
Step 1

Sit back and relax while we get to work behind the scenes!

Your Account Manager will be ordering your garments, and our artwork team will be preparing your visual for you to approve and sign off.

Also on your approval visual will be the date your order will be despatched.

We aim to despatch orders within 7-10 working days.
Step 2

Once approved, all of the information will be collated and will be sent to the embroidery department.

After being checked in at the Warehouse, your garments will be sent to embroidery where they will receive another check against your order to ensure everything is correct.

Then, the embroidery experts will get to work applying your logo.

To save on plastic waste, we bulk pack items unless otherwise requested.
Step 3

Then it’s over to despatch, where your order will be sent out for next-day delivery.

You will receive an email giving you a one hour time slot your order will be delivered in.

Open your parcel, and dress to impress!
